Thanks for the information.  I keep forgetting I'm the ignorant one and 
the experts really are.  I took a basic book keeping class from Terri and 
showed her my - then - list of accounts.  She looked at them and said they 
looked fine except for the numbering wasn't typical US accounting.  I 
should have hired her then so I could do at home what we were doing in 
class. (It was pure paper based book keeping.  No computers of software 
was used.)

Again thanks.  With April 15th approaching I really need to get my posting 
done.  :-(
