Hi, I'm trying to convert account information in sql-ledger to
Norwegian. We are highly bureaucratic here so there is a lot of
different accaount numbers in a NS4102 (Norwegian Standard). In size is
seems bigger than the french one. To get this right I'll include them
all. But I do have problem to find what different code means.

= AR_paid
= AR_tax
= AP_amount
= AP_paid
= AP_tax
