Loggin onto admin.pl

Hi,

I'm new to sql-ledger.  Did the install according to the instructions on 
redhat 7.1 but got the following message when tried to log on in my web 
browser.


"Forbidden You don't have permission to access /sql-ledger/admin.pl on this 
server.

Apache/1.3.19 Server at localhost.localdomain Port 80"

I did the "chown nobody" part of the install but I think I may have missed 
something simple.  Would appreciate any help.
