I got it running with out any problems.

As long as your permissions are correct and apache is setup to run perl
scripts then you should be okay.

I found that putting an index.html file in your /sql-ledger directory
helps with resolving any path and permission problems. Then just have a
link in the index.html file that points to login.pl
