Hello list members,
as promised here is the patch to produce postscript output from within 
sql-ledger. Everything needed schould be included in the tar file. You will 
also find a text document describing installation procedures and handling 
and an invoice template.
If there are any questions feel free to discuss this with us and the list.
I hope this will be of some help for anybody.
