Update to Problems with Installation

I've gotten a little farther along thanks to some help I received, but
once again I'm stuck.  I've gotten the database setup and a user
created.  Now, I'm trying to log in as that user, but I keep getting
this error in my apache log.  Hopefully someone can help me out with
it.

called at bin/mozilla/login.pl line 46.
