Problems with the Database-Drivers

Hello,
i have some Problems with the Database-Drivers. I downloaded the=20
pgsql_perl5_1.9.0.tar for my SUSE 7.3 System and tried to install it as =

described in another Newsmessage with perl Makefile.PL , etc. With a=20=

normal user i became unsufficent authority problems, so i installed it=20=

completly as root. The test with example.pl was succesfully. After=20
starting dnhttp i became the error =93No database drivers available=94 w=
hen i=20
try admin.pl.

Can anybody give me the solution to solve this problem ?
