You would set up the various commission rates per employee. I.e., hardware sales - 10%, consulting revenue - 20%, then the pay period entry form will allow entry of time stats like 8 hours sick time, the hardware sales for the employee, and their consulting revenues. The next employee in the list could be a salaried accountant, who wouldn't have any commissions. Calculations will be based on what applies for an individual employee, and the pay period data entered. Reporting options are infinite.
