FYI - Account Names

Sql Ledger Folks,

We found that putting double quote character (a pair, actually) in a GL
account name causes that account, and all succeeding accounts in account
number order, not to appear in the GL->Add Transaction drop down boxes.

We deleted our bad quotes, but maybe some extra escaping could be done.
