Actually I'm back to square one, and even a bit farther than that. I just noticed that PostgreSQL server doesn't work with Win98. Oh well. I think I'll just start hacking Sql-ledger again. Somebody had mentioned a success, and it doesn't sound that impossible thing to do...(famous last words?).
