Error looking for database drivers

Hi. I just went through installing latest versions of Perl, Apache,
DBD-Pg and DBI. All were successful. I've ran the Apache and PostgreSQL
servers. However, when accessing admin.pl, I still get the error message
saying that I don't have any database drivers available. Is there
something else that I need to do?

I'd appreciate any help.
