Taxes payd for the supplier

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if it is possible to configure SQL-ledger for the 
following thing.

In Italy we have a special kind of taxes, that are payd on certain services. 
These taxes are paid by the customer for the supplier.

Here is an example: 

I order to Marco a program for 1 dollar.

Marco receives 0.8 dollars, while I have 0.2 dollars I have to pay as taxes 
for Marco. This is done monthly, so I need an account to accrue all these 
taxes.

Can someone help me on this ?
