Inventory Transaction

Does sql-ledger have a report to print inventory transaction logs for
individual parts? By the way I'm new to this program and have not got it
working yet.  If it doesn't have this capability then I need to look
elsewhere.  If the data to print a transaction log is in the database then I
could write a print routine for it.  I guess what I'm asking is, how does
the inventory module add and remove parts from the system?
