Having trouble with pg_password

[Computer S. C. <cs...@fo...>]

Hi

I have been having trouble getting postgress to create the pg_password
entry. each time I try to log in as the user postgress complains of not
finding the pg_-password file or entry. I have tryed the postgress docs and
it is definatly not as clear as creating a MySQl yser.

How do I create this file? any help here would be apreciated.
