Hi Wayne,

It really sounds like you do not have apache running properly.

Could you please tell a bit about your system, this makes it easier to
guide you (it sounds like you need guiding here), as the commands you
should run to problem solve and to configure is different from system to
system.

What is your system (Redhat, Slackware, Debian, Mandrake)?

What version?
