That's not it - I double checked

I know that PostgreSQL is working and is accepting
connections

Can someone tell me how to confirm that DBI is
working properly - although I can't believe that
this is the problem since it was working and I
didn't reboot or anything - we were playing around
with adding transactions in Accounts Recievable (I
don't remember exactly what we were doing)

Looks like your file to login (login.pl) has been
moved/deleted?
Check the path to the perl script (Check for the
string that is in the log
file:
/usr/local/apache/htdocs/sql-ledger/login.pl ).
If it's there verify permissions on the file.
You might also want to put the original httpd.conf
file (before your mods
back in place and try again).
