Well, I've seen this error when my local httpd-server is down. I 
remember it just for the funny error message that led me on the wrong 
path. Otherwise check your /etc/hosts-file or try 
http://127.0.0.1/sql-ledger/admin.pl (that is localhost but by its ip)
