Dutch translation

sorry guys, I said I would post the translation of the all file last week, but 
I didn't had the time to finish it, and wouldn't post an incomplete 
translation. I also discoverd this weekend during the translation of the 
sql-file that the translation I made of the all-file was not as good as I 
thought it was. So I think I will post it all together (makes more sense to me 
as well).
I also have a few minor questions for the developers.

-What do you mean with ROP (has something to do with inventory).
-Sometimes when I put something in the notes field it doesn't show up on the 
actual invoice???
