All you need is to setup an account for 7% and 19%. When you enter your products and services indicate at which level the item is taxable. (7%, 19% or leave unchecked for 0%) Finally, you flag your customers and vendors taxable at whatever rate applicable. This may be 7% and 19%, 7% or 19% or no tax.
