When you are done translating the chart of accounts send it to me and I'll
post it on the website.

The link codes are of no use for the user and are used internally to build
a dynamic system.

There are some french users but most users don't take the time of day to
fill in the survey form and tell others that they are using it.

The form is at http://sql-ledger.simtax.ca/misc/survey.html

It's not a registration form but only to show to other users that the
software can be used in country such and such.
