SQL-Ledger data dump issue

In an effort to isolate a SQL-Ledger query issue, I was trying to do a 
pg_dumpall command to export and reimport my data.  I keep getting the error 
below when trying to do any dumps.

dumpRules(): SELECT failed for table openrec.  Explanation from backend: 
'ERROR:  cache lookup of attribute 1 in relation 19013 failed
'.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue?
