Error trying to delete or update a transaction

Hi,

Using sql-ledger 1.4.5 I started with a fresh install and a clean
database.  I added a single vendor and a single transaction using
the AP Add Transaction function.  Now when I try to delete or
change that transaction it I get this error in the browser window:

ERROR: parser: parse error at or near "" SELECT balance FROM chart
WHERE accno = 

Is this a bug or have I done something wrong?
