Spanish Version for each country: 1 vote.

I also think why Microsoft dont have a localizated version for each Spani=
sh
spoken country? This is because:

1- Save Financial Costs.
2- All of us understand the spanish version of any application, even if t=
he
application is high oriented like CAD, CASE, etc.
