[SQL-Ledger-users] Error! DBI::errstr

When I try to log in I get:
Error!

DBI::errstr

The error_log shows:

DBD::Pg::st execute failed: ERROR:  chart:
Permission denied. at
/var/www/html/sql-ledger/login.cgi line 80.

Anyone run into this problem?
