[SQL-Ledger-users] Cannot start sql-ledger

Hi everybody,
    I am completely new to sql-ledger. I have installed version 1.2.9
and seems to be to be correctly installed. When I try to call setup.cgi
my netscape browser reads it as a text file. I renamed it (or rather
integrated it in a html file) and here netscape would load it. But any
click to the links on that page does not give anything; which means I
cannot create a user, etc..
Please bear with me, I don't know much of about html or cgi. I would
appreciate your indications as of how to proceed.
