Once I find a couple of free hours I'll get it done.  I really needed it
the end of the last couple of months because of a billing agreement I
have with a couple of customers and kicked myself for not making the
time to do it.  Dieter provided a very good description of how to
accomplish it so it will be forthcoming... soon... yes... for sure...
