[SQL-Ledger-users] Printed/e-mailed Invoice not posted?

I created an invoice the other day and e-mailed and printed it.  Now when
I go back into SQL-Ledger I can't find it.  Should I have posted it also?

If e-mailing and/or printing an invoice don't post it automatically is
this considered normal behavior in an accounting program?  Especially 
since the post button is to the right of the print and e-mail.
