No. Just on the Windows machine. Install the driver and go to Settings/Control
Panel to set up the ODBC data source. You can then Link, Import, and
Export between Access and Postgresql. I'm sure there are limitations.
I've ran into a couple quarks, like deleting records on a linked table,
which required me to close and reopen the table afterwards. But it works
farily well.
