The good news is:

You don't need this program if you have MS Access. Rather, simply install
the Postgresql ODBC driver and use Access to File/Export your table to
the ODBC source. Wooshh...There's your table and all its data. :)

Yet my program may be useful in other ways, and I plan to expand it to
do more and work with other data stores.
