Tracking down a bug. So far I've determined that there's something going
wrong with posting tax to the tax accounts. (Not with deleting after
all.)

My clients books are about $20 out of balance because no tax amounts
are there.

Will keep hunting.

P.S. Orders module is nearing completion.
