A nice summary! Thank you. I'll save this email. Looks like I'll be putting together some documentation based on these emails. I played with sql-ledger some more and it all makes sense now, expect for one thing. The taxes for customer invoices and vendor invoices should not be the same should they? I mean a customer may pay in-state taxes to you while you may pay varying taxes in-state or out-of-state or what-not to your vendors. How does one deal with this? I suppose in most cases it will be either an in-state GRT (general receipts tax) or Exempt, but I imagine there could be other cases.
