Hi Rich

Right, I should have read the original post more thoroughly instead of 
replying off a reply. :-[

I installed CUPS-PDF for those reports, It shows up as a printer in the 
drop down menu when I use ctl-p and drops the file as a .pdf on my 
desktop (or where ever you want it)
