Jeff,

   I do this from transaction screens. However, there are no options at the
bottom of the report pages.

   Please note that I'm not printing invoices but the trial balance and
balance sheet reports. These display nicely on screen but do not have
options to do any printing. Ctrl-p brings up the print dialog box in
firefox, and I apparently need to do more than specify 'print to file' to
have the entire report.
