Michael,

   I think that I found the solution: after selecting Print to File and
naming the file, I look on the other print dialog box tab, "Options." There
I select the radio button for the selected frame, and uncheck the box to
ignore scaling and shrink to fit page width.

   This produced a 2-page PostScript file easily converted using ps2pdf.
