[SL] Printing Trial Balance

   I'm running Sql-Ledger-2.8.24 on Slackware-12.2.

   I cannot print a complete Trial Balance, or other report that extends
beyond one page. The latest manual I purchased is for version 2.6.x, but I
saw nothing in there on how to print reports. I use ctrl-p to print the
display to a file, but get only the first page.

   What might I be doing wrong?
