[SL] assistance with LaTeX template - items cut off page

I have my TeX template set up for invoices by modifying slightly the US
Letter Size default template. I have changed only the letterhead to
include my company logo and moved the address information around a bit.

When I print an invoice, if the client has made payments, the
information is cut off at the bottom of the page. Seems as though
something is out of whack with the template, but again, I have only
adjusted the letterhead.

I need some help formatting this so that the document properly fits a US
letter sized document, 8.5 inches by 11 inches.
