[SL] How to create specific bank accounts?

Hi all,

I want to create specific bank accounts but do not know how. Menu System
give me the entry Bank Accounts, however, selecting it gives me two entries
Kasse (Cash?) and Bank (I use german thingy of accounts). I can select the
entries and change them, adding more details for instance. Though I think
they are not meant to be specific accounts - deriving from their account
numbering (e.g 0120000), i.e. not the number of the bank account but of the
bookkeeping account. I also cannot create new accounts - no button or
anything. I'd also like to setup a bookkeeping account for credit cards, but
do not know how.

Can I assign a currency to banking or cash account such that bookings
automagically take this currency?
