OK, this is "resolved".  The problem was between the keyboard and chair.  When I did the report and was looking at the order, the order number was a single digit, and I did not realize this was clickable.  Once I did, I went into "System Preferences", and changed the order number to be a 4-digit number with trailing 0's, and it makes it a lot easier to see and notice that it is clickable in the reports :-)

I have some additional questions, but will open a separate thread for those.
