[SL] 2.6.22 -> 2.8.15 upgrade error

I've been putting off the upgrade as long as I could, but I finally gave
it a go. However, when I log in after following the instructions, I get
this error:

Error!

drop trigger del_recurring ON oe
ERROR: trigger "del_recurring" for table "oe" does not exist

and now when I try to log in it tells me Login disabled. Some help would
be greatly appreciated.
