[SL] Deleting Services

   There are a few services that are errors. That is, they were entered
incorrectly and assigned a number by the system. Because they do not
represent used or useful information in the system I would like to delete
them. However, I cannot find a 'delete' button when I list all services.

   How can I clean up these digital dust bunnies?
