[SL] Minor HTML bug?

We're running 2.8.8 and get HTML code in the item descriptions when a  
sales order is generated from a timecard.  Specifically, the line  
breaks in the tech's notes come through to the sales order as actual  
"<BR>".  Anybody know if this is fixed in newer versions?
