[SL] does sql-ledger support these features ?

Greetings,

  Im researching on using a billing software for my company. We are  
looking for these features:

Soft Dollar Billing with multiple Parent Child relationships
Deferred Revenue Recognition/Accrual Accounting
Double Entry Accounting
Need to be able to send out invoices via email
Be able to add users to an account on any given month and maintain  
previous deferred billing

Any help in this is very much appreciated. Thanks.
