[SL] Install DBD-Pg windows

Hi,

   Im trying to install sql-ledger in a windows laptop because a friend 
tell me he want to test it, and he is using windwos in the laptop.

i recently install apache, and is running. and install activeperl, and 
postgresql.. but i cant find info how to install the dbd-pg, where can i 
download a installer to fix this issue??
