No, 2 separate problems.
1- DB was created, tables also but weren't accessible, relation already
exist was true, but couldn't be modified.
2- existing datasets weren't displayed because the defaults table wasn't
owned by sql-ledger, thus making it impossible to delete datasets through
the menu.
