That's really strange. In an empty DB, the relation "id" doesn't exist 
yet, so there should be no such error. If you don't use the name of an 
already existing dataset, don't click 2 times the "Continue" button and 
don't press the browser's reload button even if you think the creation 
takes too much time (and I'm sure you do neither of them), I've no idea 
why such an error occurs. - But I know, my fantasy is a bit restricted.
