[SL] currency changeover

Hello everyone,

I am using sql-ledger as a simple accounting system.
I was wondering whether there is a way how to change base currency and
change all past transactions to be in new currency (euro)?
For example, i used USD for transactions and now i need to change all
transaction to be in Euro.
Is there an automated way or built in function in sql-ledger?
