[SL] Tax Logic

Just wondering what the status of the revised tax system is.  The 
website says "Work Started".   But work was supposed to have started on 
that back in August of 2004.  Is tax flexibility ever going to become a 
reality with SQL-Ledger, or is asking just beating a dead horse?
