[SL] Two small but useful patches for 2.8.11

Hi all,

I have made two small patches which might be useful to you.

Patch 1 allows you to display account activity (debit,credit,balance)
directly from GL Transactions report.

Patch 2 allows you to maintain inventory balances at warehouses from
sale and purchase invoices.
