Thanks for the info Rich. I have tried manually upgrading, after the
setup.pl script failed for me. I can not seem to get past 2.6.27. Anything
after this version won't work for me without throwing the "Cargo" table or
"Error! update acc_trans set reconciled = transdate where cleared
ERROR: argument of WHERE must be type boolean, not type date"
errors.

Not sure what or where I went wrong.
