Bring up your admin screen:

http://yourSqlLedgerUrl/admin.pl

Login.
Select your user.
Check the "Session Timeout" value.
Set it to something reasonable, like 3600 (one hour) or even 28800 (8 hours).
Finally, don't forget to scroll to the very bottom of the screen &
"Save" your change.
